Almost nobody travels one of them exactly as written, and the trip you end up with is normally a version of one of these — or something we write from nothing.

Meet and greet inside the terminal, fixed price, free waiting if your flight is late.

If none of these fit, say so. Most of our trips end up being a rearrangement of two of them, and building one from scratch costs nothing.
