Terms for private tours and car with driver

By using our website and booking services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1. Booking & Payments

All bookings must be made through our official website or customer support team.
A valid payment method must be provided at the time of booking.
Advance payments or deposits may be required depending on the service.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice but confirmed bookings remain valid.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the booking date for a full refund.
Last-minute cancellations may attract cancellation charges.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days.

3. Customer Responsibilities

You must provide accurate information at the time of booking.
You travel with our own driver: no licence of yours is required, only ID for hotel check-in.
Customers are responsible for damage caused to the vehicle beyond ordinary use.

4. Company Rights

We reserve the right to refuse bookings in case of incomplete or fraudulent details.
We may modify routes, services, or prices in case of unforeseen circumstances.
We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or natural calamities.

5. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the booking made by the customer.
We are not responsible for loss of personal belongings left in the vehicle or during a tour.
Customers are encouraged to purchase travel insurance for additional protection.

6. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur Rajasthan.
